| Abstract: | Since the World War II,the social contract for science has affected USA science and technology policy,stimulating reflections on new themes,such as sustainable development,health care,environment responsibility and so on.Recent years the theory has also tried to assure the integrity and productivity of the government-science community by integrating Principal-Agent Theory. |
