摘    要:通过对云南干热河谷地区外来树种新银合欢(Leucaena leucephala)一年生苗木为研究材料,采用不同施肥方法和不同氮素水平培育,同时进行水分调控。在新银合欢苗木的生长形态、生物量及其分配和生理生化性质等方面的差异的研究基础上,利用主成分分析进行综合评价,从中筛选出新银合欢抗旱苗木培育最优的抗旱性育苗技术。结果表明,不同肥料之间的相互搭配,肥料与水分调控之间的相互作用促进苗木在生长形态、生物量及其分配、生理生化性质方面表现出一定的共性和差异;不同水分下施肥和氮素处理苗木的抗旱性不一致。常规浇水条件下,采用指数施肥和N2处理的苗木抗旱性最强;干旱胁迫条件下,采用直线施肥和N1处理苗木抗寒性最强。施肥和高氮提高并维持了苗木的抗旱能力。

Abstract:The one-year-old seedlings of Leucaena leucephala,which are the exotic species of the dry-hot valley in Yunnan,were selected as the experimental materials.Seedlings were treated with four different fertilization methods(equal-fertilization,linear-fertilization,geometrically-fertilization,control),in addition,high,medium and low nitrogen levels were applied with water regulation.The differences of the growth and morphology,the biomass and its allocation,physiological and biochemical characteristics were studied.On this basis,the optimum fertilization method of cultivating Leucaena leucephala seedlings was selected by the comprehensive assessment with principal component analysis;The results indicated that the display of a certain commonalities and differences were caused by the collocation among the different fertilizer and the interaction between fertilizer and water regulation.The differences of the drought-resistant capacity of seedlings with fertilization methods and nitrogen levels in the different moisture content.The one-year-old seedlings treated with geometrically-fertilization and secondary nitrogen fertilization in the normal irrigation and with linear-fertilization and high nitrogen fertilization in the drought stress had stronger drought-resistant capacity.The drought-resisting capacity was improved and maintained through conventional fertilization and high nitrogen fertilization.
