摘    要:壳聚糖以其独特的生物相容性、生物降解性、无毒性和生物活性等优异性能在各领域具有广泛的应用前景。为拓宽其应用范围,对壳聚糖的化学改性进行了研究。综述了壳聚糖化学改性的研究进展及衍生物的应用,有针对性地对目前的一些改性方法进行了讨论,并特别对反应位置明确的一些改性方法进行了较全面的总结,为壳聚糖的进一步研究和应用提供了参考。

Abstract:As a naturally occurring polysaccharide,chitosan shows many unique properties,such as biocompatibility,biodegradation,low toxicity and biological activity.Many derivatives have been prepared to meet different needs.In this paper,the development of modification of chitosan and the applications of its derivatives were introduced.The methods of the modification of chitosan were discussed and the modification methods to obtain derivatives with a definite structure were summarized.These will be helpful to further researches.
