间苯二酚蓝在溴化十六烷基三甲铵上 Langmuir 吸附研究

摘    要:研究了溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTAB)与间苯二酚蓝(RCB)的结合反应,分析了二者间的作用机理.实验结果表明RCB-CTAB间作用符合Langmuir单分子层吸附,产物结合比1:1, 胶束产物聚集形式:(RCB-CTAB)78,结合常数KRCB-CTAB=7.61×104, 摩尔吸收系数εγ644nm=3.61×105 l.mol-1.cm-1(20℃).

Abstract:The interaction of cetyl trimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) with resorcin blue(RCB) was investigated at pH 6.32 by the microsurface adsorption - spectral correction technique .The synergism mechanism of micelle was analyzed and discussed. The aggregation of RCB on CTAB obeys the Langmuir monolayer adsorption. Results showed that the large micellar aggregate (RCB·CTAB) 78 was formed here, its adsorption constant K RCB-CTAB =7.61×10 4 (20℃) and its molar absorptivity ε γ 644 =3.61×10 5 lmol -1 .cm -1 .
