| Abstract: | In this paper,the irrationality for the concept of effiective zone pr-oposed by Zamarin was demonstrated.Based on Characteristics of waterlevel changes at different points in the filter tube of complete well,it isillustrated that while three-bemension flow emerges,the greater well yi-eld produces,the less the water level drops at the lower end of the filtertube and the less the proportion of intake water to the well yield is.T-hus,two methods of selection the length of filter tube were rationallyput forward. |
