摘    要:在p H 5.5的B-R缓冲溶液中,6-巯基嘌呤与纳米金反应后,纳米金粒子溶液的颜色由酒红色逐渐变为蓝色,其最大吸收波长从525 nm移至670 nm.670 nm和525 nm处吸光度的比值(A670/A525)与6-巯基嘌呤的浓度呈正比.据此,在优化实验条件下,建立纳米金分光光度法测量痕量6-巯基嘌呤的新方法 .该方法准确度高、灵敏度好.

Abstract:In the B-R pH 5.5 buffer solution,6-mercaptopurine(6-MP)and gold nanoparticles after reaction,goldnanoparticle solution color changed from red to blue,the maximum absorption wavelength redshift from 525 nm to 670 nm. The ratios of 670 nm and 525 nm absorbance(A670/A525)was proportional to the concentration of 6-mercaptopurine.Accordingly,under the optimized experimental conditions,a new method of trace 6-mercaptopurine was establishedwith nano-gold photometric method. The method was simple,accurate and sensitive.
