水泥土搅拌桩施工工艺优化研究

摘    要:基于杨林船闸工程中水泥搅拌桩的现场试验,采用两种水泥土搅拌桩施工工艺,对比分析了塑性指数大于25的粘土与水泥拌合的成桩效果.研究表明:"四搅三喷"施工工艺成桩后,其水泥掺量、无侧限抗压强度等关键技术参数优于"二搅一喷"施工工艺,前者成桩质量满足工程需要.

Abstract:Based on cement mixing pile of field trials for the Yanglin lock project,by the two constructiontechnologies of cement mixing piles,the effect of synthetic pile mixed with the clay and cement is comparativelyanalyzed,while the plasticity index of the clay is greater than 25. Experiments indicate that some key technicalparameters of the piles of construction technology of"Four Stir Three Spray",such as cement doses and unconfinedcompressive strength,are better than that of the construction technology of"Two Stir One Spray",and the quality ofthe former satisfies with the requirements of the projects.
