| 摘 要： | 提出了注塑模具的并行设计流程 ,并着重讨论了基于Pro/E应用软件平台的注塑模架CAD系统的设计思路、CAD模型的设计策略———基于子装配变换的模块化装配模板模型以及本系统的具体实施过程 ,以及利用本系统实施注塑模具后续并行设计的可行性。本系统成功的实现了标准模架库的CAD建模并突破性的将模架CAD与后续的模具设计有机的结合起来 ,同时对注塑模具后续并行设计提供了有效的支持

| Abstract: | The article emphasises on the strategy and implement of moldbase CAD system used in the following injection mold design with concurrent engineering method.On geometry,an assembly model comprised of several subassemblies is set up to represent the moldbase in Pro/E.On engineering,the subassemblies are transformed into features of the injection process through appropriately combining the plates in moldbase with the subassembly.Using substituting the subassemblies which have been in relation in Pro/E purposely before,the different types of the nominal moldbase are implemented.In this way,subassemblies act as module.The modular method provides the convenience of performance of concurrent design of injection molds.Therefore,the injection mold design becomes more efficient than before. |
