摘    要:对单向纤维增强复合材料的纵向拉伸破坏进行了细观统计分析。基于随机扩大临界核统计模型,结合含纤维/基体界面损伤的应力集中分析结果,导出了具有界面剪切强度效应的复合材料的强度分布函数和破坏准则,得到了复合材料拉伸强度与界面剪切强度的关系,为复合材料微结构的优化设计提供了重要的理论依据。文中用已有的实验证实了本文方法和结果的正确性和合理性,并定量地讨论了最优界面粘合问题。

Abstract:A microscopic statistical analysis of the longitudinal tensile failure of unidirectionally fiber reinforced composites is performed.Based upon the randomly enlarging critical core model in conjunction with the results of the stress concentration analysis with the interfacial damage of fiber/matrix,the function of the strength distribution and the failure criterion of composites with the effect of the interfacial shear strength are derived and the relation between the tensile strength and the interfacial shear strength of composites is obtained.The results provide the important theoretical basis for the optimal design of the microstructure of composites.In this paper,the correctness and reasonableness of the present methods and results are verified by the existing experiments.Finally the question of optimal interfacial bonding is discussed quantitatively.
