温度骤变对大蒜根尖微核的诱导

摘    要:为探究温度骤变是否会诱导大蒜鳞茎根尖产生微核,采用控制变量法进行研究.结果表明:温度骤变确实可以诱导大蒜鳞茎根尖产生微核,并且一定范围内微核率与处理时间和胁迫温度均呈正相关.研究结果为大蒜多倍体的诱导提供新思路和实践借鉴.

Abstract:This paper studies whether the temperature shock could contribute to the induction of micronucleus in Allium sativum by the method of controlling variate. The result shows that the temperature shock can induce the micronucleus' formation. Meanwhile, the mi- cronucleus rate increases with the elongation of time. This research offers a new method to induce polyploidy in Allium sativum and could act as the practical basis for future researches.
