提高实验教学质量的探讨

摘    要:高等教育的总目标是培养高素质的人才,而实验教学水平直接体现人才培养的质量与层次。本文就如何提高实验教学质量从四个方面进行了探讨,提出:建设一支高水平、高素质的实验教师、实验管理和实验技术队伍是提高实验教学质量的根本保证;要优化实验项目,充实实验内容,使实验项目设置形成一定的梯度;要改革实验教学方法,注重能力和素质的培养与提高,调动学生学习的积极性和主动性;要有相应的科学管理方法,建立一套完善的实验

Abstract:The primary aim of higher education is to foster high quality personnel. The level of experiment teaching directly reflects the quality of education. The paper discussed the quality of experiment teaching in four aspects: developing highly qualified laboratory teachers and technicians and laboratory management; optimizing the experiment items and enriching the experiment content; reforming the method of experiment teaching and emphasizing on training capacities of students; establishing the scientific management system of experiment teaching.
