| 摘 要： | 本文检测了60名互无血缘关系的潮州语系健康人的 HLA-A、B 抗原共28种,计算了潮州语系人群 HLA-A、B 位点的抗原频率、基因频率,及连锁不平衡的单倍型频率.初步发现潮汕语系人群的 HLA-A、B 抗原分布有不同于其他人群的一些特点,尤以All 抗原频率高的特点较为突出.在显著连锁不平衡的单倍型中,则以 A9,B60和 A2,B39两个单倍型频率较高.另外,还检测了食管癌、强直性脊柱炎、类风湿性关节炎和其它骨关节病人共142例的HLA-A、B 抗原,并研究了这些抗原与疾病的关系.结果表明除强直性脊柱炎与 B27抗原有强烈关联外,未发现其它疾病与 HLA-A、B 抗原有显著关系.本文讨论了上述结果的理论和实际意义.

| Abstract: | Sixty normal Chaozhounese without blood relationship were typed for 28 kinds of HLA-A and B antigens.The distribution of their HLA-A,B antigen frequencies,gene frequencies and likage disequilibrium haplotype frequencies were determined.The results show that the distribution feature of their HLA-A,B antigens is somewhat different from that in other Chinese populations.The A11 antigen frequency and two haplotype fre- quencies,i.e.A9,B60 and A2,B39,are higher in Chaozhounese. In addition,the assumed HLA association with several diseases includ- ing esophageal carcinoma,ankylosing spondylitis,rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and benign gonalgia were studied.It was found that only ankylosing spondylitis showed a strong association with B27. The theoretical and practical values of these results were discussed. |
