液压启闭机液压系统动态特性分析

摘    要:针对液压启闭机在工作时常出现低速爬行,以及加载或卸载时运动部件产生“后坐”或“前冲”的现象,在分析液压启闭机的组成及工作原理的基础上,运用经典控制理论,建立了某液压启闭机液压系统的数学模型,据此分析了该液压启闭系统的稳定性、抗干扰性和调速性,并获得了影响该系统动态特性的主要因素,并提出了改进方法.

Abstract:According to the phenomenon of low velocity crawling and "recoiling" or "forward-rushing" of moving parts when the hydraulic hoist is loading or unloading. A mathematical model of the hydraulic system is established by using classical control theory, based on analyzing the composition and principle of hydraulic hoist. And then the stability, resistance to interference and controllability of the hydraulic hoist are analyzed. Finally, the influence factors on the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system are found out; and the improving methods are put forward.
