1946年广西省参议会议长选举风波述论

以李任仁为候选人的新桂系,在1946年广西省参议会议长选举问题上,与以陈锡为候选人的CC系进行了激烈的较量,形成了拖延时长达八十余日的选举纠纷。为了解决纠纷,双方参议员先后采取了表决、仲裁、协商、中间人调停、自行就职等方法,然而由于矛盾过于尖锐,加之双方缺乏足够的诚意,致使纠纷终无法在会内解决,最终只能寄希望于会外蒋桂的和解。
