| 摘 要： | 目的总结急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术（Lc）的治疗体会。方法对我院2001年10月至2007年10月施行的53例1．12手术进行分析。结果成功完成LC46例（86.79％），其中中转开腹7例（13．21％）。手术时间为40～185min，平均100min。结论虽然急性胆囊炎行LC手术变异多，难度大，但只要严格掌握手术适应症、LC手术操作技术，采取LC手术是可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective： To summarize the treatment experience of laparoseopie cholecystectomy （LC） in the treatment of acute cholecystitis. Methods： Clinical records of 53 eases of acute eholecystifis treated by LC from October 2001 to October 2007 were retrospective reviewed . Results： Among 53 cases, the operation was successfully completed in 46 cases （86.79%）, and 7 cases changed to take laparotomy（13.21%）. The operation time was 40-185 minutes（average 100 minutes）. Conclusions： In acute cholicystitis, although LC operation is relatively difficult and diverse, it is feasible to take LC operation once you strictly control surgery indication and LC operation technology. |
