| 摘 要： | 根据“射频椭偏测量法及装置的研究”课题的要求，设计8 mm波导螺钉圆极化器.通过理论 分析和数值计算给出了一种新的优化设计方法，经过软件的模拟仿真确定了最佳设计尺寸， 并制作了实物样品.实验测量表明，该圆极化器具有良好的性能.

| Abstract: | Wavegnide circular polarizer using adjustable metal screws is designed for a project that studies ellipsometry and its device at microwave frequencies. A new design, method is used based on theoretical analysis. The optimal design is found via simulation with Ansoft HFSS, and samples are made. Measurements show good performance of the samples. |
