摘    要:研究了离子液体介质中、微波辐射促进下邻氨基苯酚与醛的缩合反应,并利用该反应合成了一系列2-取代苯并噁唑.与文献方法相比,所报道的新方法具有反应速度快、收率高以及对环境友好等诸多优势,从而为2-取代苯并噁唑类化合物的合成提供了一条新途径.

Abstract:A clean and efficient synthesis of 2-substituted benzoxazoles through tandem reactions of 2-aminophenols and aldehydes mediated with under MWI has been developed.Compared with literature methods toward 2-substituted benzoxazoles,the synthetic strategy presented in the paper has such advantages as enhanced reaction rate,high yield and environmental benigncy.
