摘    要:本文简述了工业生物技术领域在过程科学方面的研究现状及发展趋势;从“大规模培养细胞群体效应及复杂多相流场测试方法”、“绿色工业生物过程高效全局优化原理”、“生物转化过程优化新策略”、“生化反应过程直接放大新方法”、“工业发酵过程优化新方法”等5个方面介绍了973计划项目“工业生物技术的过程科学基础研究”取得的重点进展和在国际上的地位:并提出了在工业生物技术过程科学研究方面未来的战略方向。

Abstract:In this paper, the present situation and development of the research on process science in the area of industrial biotechnology were discussed.The important advances and international status on process science of industrial biotechnology were reviewed in this 973 program, such as the large-scale culture cell population effect,the high efficient global optimization principle of industrial biotechnology, the new strategy for process optimization of biotransformation, the new method for direct amplification of biochemical process, and the new optimization method for commercial fermentation.Although some distinct progress have been made in process science of industrial biotechnology in China, more efforts must be took to answer the basic questions about the direct amplification method basic on the large-scale culture cell population effect, and the new strategy for process optimization.
