辛硫磷毒性及对刺巴西甲螨(Brasilobates spinosus Fujita)数量动态的影响

摘    要:Tullgren漏斗法收集无污染地区的刺巴西甲螨,扩大培养后用辛硫磷对其进行急性毒理实验,确定48h、96h的LC50;在96h的1/2 LC50下研究辛硫磷对刺巴西甲螨数量动态的影响,发现其随辛硫磷浓度的升高呈明显减少趋势.刺巴西甲螨是一良好的土壤污染指示生物.

Abstract:We collected Brasilobates spinosus Fujita (Oribatida) from area without contamination by Tullgern,then expansively cultivated them.The mites were dealed with Phoxim by an acute toxicity test.The datum of LC 50 in 48 h and 96 h were analysed,and the effects of Phoxim on dynamic magnitude of B.spinosus under the concentration of 1/2 LC 50 in 96 h were studied.The results showed that the magnitude of B.spinosus decreased obviously with the concentration increasing of Phoxim,and the species of B.spinosus were better bioindicators in soil environment risk assessment.
