| 摘 要： | 高校科技统计是国家整体科技统计的一个重要组成部分,是制定国家和高校的科技发展目标和政策的重要依据. 本文对2003年山东高校科技统计数据和2002年部分省（市）、自治区高校的科技统计数据进行了分析比较研究,提出了增强山东高校科技实力的几点建议.

| Abstract: | Science and Technology(S&T) statistics for universities and institutes,as an important part of the national S&T statistics,is the basis of making strategic goal and policies of science and technology.This paper,based on the S&T statistics for universities and institutes in Shandong Province in 2003 and in some other provinces in 2002,analyzes and studies their development of science and technology,and proposes some suggestions for enhancing S&T capabilities of them. |
