A Relational Model for Dealing withlncomplete and Uncertain Information

An extended relational model for dealing with incomplete and uncertain information in knowledge base system is put in the paper. Domains in the relational knowledge base have been extended to sets of ex-term. An ex-term is a kind of structure capable of containing a number of constants, variables and null values including nonexistentially null value and possessively null value in order to implement the infiltration between techniques and intelligence. Operations, especially equality judgment, query operation,deductive rules used to handling knowledge inferences and integrity constraints concerned in domain, value and connection are discussed in the model.
