微机化薄层电池液相色谱仪的研制

摘    要:介绍了微机化薄层电池液相色谱分析仪的硬件、软件系统,软件系统可工作于实时方式和非实时方式。仪器能进行多次采样的数据平均、平滑:滤波,以提高信噪比;还具有丰富的软件功能:峰检测、重叠峰分离、定量计算等,操作简便、灵活,该议器应用于儿茶酚胺的检测,获得满意结果。

Abstract:The hardware and software systems of the microcomputer-based thin-layer cell liquid chronmatography analyzer were descrbed.The software can work either in real-time mode or noureal-time mode. Averages of multiplesa mpled data, smooth and filter were used to improve signal to noise ratio. The software also provides functions such as peak detection, resolution of overlapping peaks, quantitative calculation, and so on, giving great flexibility and convenience in the operation.This instrument was applied to the determination of catechoiamine with satisfactory results.
