| 摘 要： | 用形态学和细胞学方法,研究缢蛏性腺成熟度,除了超过排放高峰的人工暂养的亲贝外,正常情况下性腺饱满度可反映性腺的成熟度,电镜下可以把光镜下形态成熟的卵母细胞分为卵黄形成后期和退化初期两种,据此对人工育苗生产和试验提出一些建议。

| Abstract: | A comparative analysis of cytological and morphological methods that deal with the gonadial maturity of razor clam showed that, normally, the goaadial ripeness corresponds to the gonadial maturity except for those indi viduals artificially cultivated beyond the spawning peak. Transmissive elec tronic microscopy revealed that the mature oocytes under light microscope can be divided iaid two types, namely, the stage of po$tvitellogencsis and the early stage of degeneration. |
