摘    要:从中国山东威海海域以及新西兰部分海域等全球裙带菜(Undaria Pinnatifida)主要产地采收裙带菜样品,对样品中的粗多糖和重金属含量分别进行测定,分析和比较了不同产地裙带菜中常规理化成分含量的差异.此外,对提取的粗多糖进行了衰减全反射(ATR)红外光谱检测,测得硫酸根特征基团,明确了该粗多糖中主要成分为硫酸脂多糖,且硫酸根基团的含量与岩藻多糖的功效有一定的关系.并测定了样品中硫酸根基团的含量,为进一步探讨裙带菜中岩藻多糖的构效关系,选择合适的裙带菜样品采收地区提供参考.

Abstract:In this study,samples are collected from Weihai of Shangdong Province,China,and from New Zealand where are the main production areas of Undaria Pinnatifida.And the contents of polysaccharides and heavy metals were measured.The difference of the conventional physical and chemical components from different localities was analyzed and compared as well.In addition,the extracted polysaccharide was detected by attenuated total reflection(ATR) infrared spectrum,and the characteristic group of sulfate group was measured.The polysaccharide was determined to be a sulfated lipopolysaccharide,and the content of the sulfate radical group was related to the effect of fucoidan.Therefore,the content of the sulfate radical group in the sample was further measured in order to further explore the structure-effect relationship of fucoidan in Undaria Pinnatifida which will good for choosing the suitable sample area for reference.
