| Abstract: | This paper introduces the casting technique of the large cast steel supporting wheel with special construction.It mainly deals with the determination of the principles of the directional solidification,the selection of pouring position and mold joints,the design of risers and sand cone.It also presents the operating key points of coremaking,by which the high quality castings have been cast successfully. |
