| 摘 要： | 高校领导班子的领导体制架构是党委领导下的校长负责制。为了了解陕西各高校领导对现行的高校党委领导下的校长负责制的认识程度和对高校党委会决定的＂重大事项＂的理解程度,课题组开展了问卷调查。问卷调查中获得资料,对如何进一步改进和完善高校党委领导下的校长负责制的领导体制提供了大量值得思考的参考依据。
