几种蔬菜抗突变效应的SOS反应

摘    要:采用SOS抗突变与致突变同步快速检测试验对人们经常食用的菜花、青蒜、大白菜、胡萝卜、卷心菜、油菜、芹菜、菠菜、西红柿和马铃薯10种蔬菜进行了致突变与抗突变性的研究。结果表明,10种蔬菜均无致突变性;菜花、青蒜、胡罗卜和卷心菜有抗突变性;大白菜和芹菜在是否加S9的试验中表现不同;西红柿和菠菜汁与渣的抗突变性有差异;马铃薯无抗突变性。

Abstract:In the study, mutational and antimutaional synchrous test wasemployed to examine the reaction of 10 kinds of vegetable to mutagenesis inducde by MMC.The vegetable were cauliflower,lichen,chinese cabbage, carrot, cabbage, cole, celery,spinage,tomato and potato.In the test both with and without S9, all vegetable showed no mutagenicity, cauliflower, lichen, carrot and cabbage showed antimutaionicity, potato showed no antimutaionicity.
