| 摘 要： | 加强对弱势群体权益的保护是构建和谐社会的一个重要内容。当前由于劳动力市场的供大于求,以及相关保护制度的不健全等原因,劳动者的合法权益常常受到侵害,难以得不到及时有效的保护。它已严重影响了整个市场体系和功能的发挥,影响了社会主义市场经济体制建设的健康运行,影响了和谐社会的构建。因此探讨劳动者权益保护问题对构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要现实意义。

| Abstract: | Improvement of protection of rights and interests of colony of weak tendency is an important content for constructing a harmonious society.Recently,Laborers' legal rights and interests can not be effectively protected and are often aggrieved because of supply over demand in the labour market and distemperedness of related protection regimes,and which have already severely affected exertion of function of the whole market system,the healthy run of construction of socialism market economy system and establishment of a harmonious society.So discussion on problems of protection of laborers'rights and interests is very important in practice for constructing a harmonious society. |
