票据中手写体数字串的提取

针对票据识别中 ,手写体数字串常与表格线粘连的情况 ,提出一种提取手写体数字串的办法 .先通过对票据进行预处理 ,去掉表格线 ,并得出特征点 ,通过计算伪去除区域两端的一些特征参量 ,对伪去除区域进行恢复 ,从而提出完整的数字串 .

Extract of Handwritten Numeral Strings from Some Binds of Checks

The present paper presents an effective method to extract the numeral strings from some binds of checks dueto the everlap of the handwritten numeral strings with the form border. First the checks are pretreated to remove the form lines and obtain some feature points. Secondly, some characteristic parameters at the two ends of the region are psuedo removed by calculation. Finally, the intact numeral strings are extracted by the recovery of the fake removed region.
