摘    要:ArcGIS作为最具有代表性的地理信息系统,其空间分析技术也是异常的强大,在各个领域中都得到了广泛应用.随着地理信息系统在气象领域的应用越来越普及,地理信息系统技术的应用价值被气象工作者进一步认识,尤其是其空间分析功能在气象灾害评估中的应用.笔者利用Arcengine组件工具和可视化开发语言的集成二次开发方式,开发出了基于Arcengine的灾害评估系统.主要讨论利用空间分析技术对台风降水插值栅格图进行处理,以尽量减少一些客观因素对插值结果的影响,为下一步对插值结果进行评估提供更精确的数据.

Abstract:ArcGIS is the most representative geography information system, and its strong spatial analysis technique has been applied in many fields widely. With the widely use in weather service, the application value of GIS is being farther understand by meteorologist;especially its spatial analysis in weather disaster evaluation. The authors developed Disaster Assessment System with Arcengine and Secondary Development of visual language. We discuss the analysis of the typhoon rainfall interpolation grid map with spatial technology, to reduce the objective factors effect for the resut, and provide more accurate data to the interpolation of the results of an assessment for the next step.
