摘    要:报导了用Mn2 +部分替代Fe3+对微波铁氧体一些主要性能的影响。结果表明 ,锰掺入后的复合石榴石具有与YIG相同的结构 ,并具有良好的旋磁特性。

Abstract:The influence of Mn 2+ dopant,which replaces partly Fe 3+ in the structure,on some important properties of the microwave ferrite was reported in this paper. The results showed that Mn 2+ doped composite garnet had the same structure as YIG and possessed high gyramagnetic feature.
