草浆造纸黑液硫酸水解和炭化作用的研究

摘    要:本文介绍了硫酸对草浆造纸的黑液水解和炭化作用,研究表明.硫酸对黑液中木质素具有酸析、脱水、炭化作用,对黑液中聚戊糖具有水解、脱水作用.黑液经硫酸水解、炭化处理后,木质素回收率大于99%,理论含糠醛量转化为糠醛的转化率大于62%.用硫酸对草浆造纸黑液进行水解、炭化处理,可为黑液综合利用开辟一新的生产工艺。

Abstract:In this paper,a study is given on hydrolytic and carboni- zing action of sulfuric acid to straw pulp and paper black liquor.It is shown from the study results that sulfuric acid has acidifying settled, dewatering and carbonizing action to lignin in black liquor,and has hydro- lytic dewatering action to pentosan in black liquor.After black liquor was being hydrolyzed and carbonized by sulfuric acid,the recovered efficiency of lignin canexceed more than 99%,the changed efficiency of theoretical furfural amount can exceed more than 62%.The hydrolytic carbonize to reed pulp and paper black liquor tread with sulfuric acid,it finds a new produce technology for multipurpose using of black liquor.
