评定阻垢剂阻垢性能的玻璃电极法

摘    要:该文提出了一种用反应前后水样中氢离子浓度变化来评定阻垢剂性能的新方法-玻璃电极法。研究表明,玻璃电极法在评价药剂的阻垢性能方面除了可得到与鼓泡法相同的结论外,还具有重现性好(标准相对偏差仅为鼓泡法的50%)、操作时间短(测定所需的时间从鼓泡法6h降为30min)、操作简便、设备简单、结果可信度高等特点。

Abstract:The glass electrode method (GEM) evaluating the efficiency of scale inhibitors by the changes of hydrogen ion in the test sample has been described. Compared with the classic methods such as the static and the aeration method, the new method has many virtues. The standard relative deviation of GEM is only 50% that of the aeration. It will take only 30 minutes to finish relative to the over 6 hours of the aeration. With the very simple equipment, it is very easy to be operated, and the excellent accuracy can be achieved.
