摘    要:介绍了显示动态分析和接触应力分析的基本理论,并应用显示动态分析对转子式机油泵的内、外转子的接触问题进行了计算和分析.结果表明:所计算的机油泵存在设计缺陷,需通过采取修改转子齿型、减小内外转子间的偏心距等措施来改进改进内、外转子的接触情况,减小内外转子间的挤压应力.

Abstract:Fundamental theory of display dynamic analysis and touch stress analysis were introduced, display dynamic analysis was adopted to computer and analysis the touch problem of inner rotator and outer rotator. The conclusion demonstrate that the calculated oil pump has design defect, thus should adopted measurement such as to modify model of rotator gear and to diminish eccentric gear gap to improve of contact situation inner and outer rotator, and to attain aim of diminishing squeezing stress.
