| 摘 要： | 分析了企业信息化对企业效益及内部机制的影响，研究了它们之间的数学关系模型，提出了信息化效益系数和信息化投入回收周期等参考指标，并认为处理好企业信息化对企业内部机制，尤其是系统集成、业务流程及组织管理等重要因子的影响是企业信息化成功的必备条件。
