微波辅助萃取腺苷技术的研究

摘    要:研究了微波提取蛹虫草固体培养物中腺苷的条件.用HPLC法测定提取液中的腺苷含量,通过正交试验,确定了微波提取腺苷的最佳条件.结果表明,在提取液用量10 mL,固液比1∶200,微波强度为中火,处理时间2 min,样品中腺苷的测定值达0.50 mg/g时,微波提取时间仅为超声波提取的1/45,且提取率高于超声波提取.

Abstract:Conditions of adenosine in Culture medium of the cordyceps militaris(L.) Link were studied by microwave extrecting.An HPLC was used to determine the content of adenosine in extracting solution of cordyceps militaris Link.And the orthogonal experimental design L934 was used to optimum the conditions of microwave treatment.The optimized conditions of microwave treatment were as follows: extracting solution volume 10 mL,solid-liquid ratio at 1∶200,middle firepower(microwave irradiation power 50 W) and extraction time 2 min.Content of the adenosine in sample was 0.50 mg/g.The extraction time of microwave extraction was 1/45 of supersonic extraction and extraction rate of microwave extraction is high than supersonic extraction.
