摘    要:采用一种新型的电化学预处理玻碳电极的方法,经高电位阳极氧化(pH 6.0 PBS)处理后,再于-1.5~+1.6 V范围循环扫描,预处理玻碳电极能较好提高间羟胺的电化学响应.间羟胺在PGCE上的氧化峰电流与间羟胺的量成正比,其线性范围为3.6×10-8~3.0×10-3mol/L,检测限为1.0×10-8mol/L(S/N=3,富集时间100 s).间羟胺在电极表面的反应为不可逆的吸附过程,电子转移数目为1,质子数为1.多巴胺,肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素和抗坏血酸等不干扰间羟胺的测定.该法可用于注射药剂中间羟胺的直接测定.

Abstract:The PGCE shows good activity in improving the electrochemical response of metaraminol(MR).The oxidation peak currents are liner with the concentration of MR from 3.6×10-8 to 3.0×10-3 mol/L and the detection limit is as low as 1.0×10-8.The electrode reaction of MR on PGCE is an irreversible adsorption process in which the number of electron transfer is 1 and the proton number associated with the electrode reaction is 2.Dopamine,Epinephrine,Noradrenaline and Ascorbic acid don't interfere with the determination of MR.
