| 摘 要： | 西藏社会主义和谐社会建设对西藏经济社会的跨越式发展和政治稳定意义重大，西藏的和谐社会建设离不开中国共产党的领导。实现党内和谐不但能够提高党的凝聚力和战斗力，而且有利于推进西藏和谐社会建设。实现党内和谐，是西藏和谐社会建设的政治保证；是西藏和谐社会建设的组织保证；是巩固党在西藏的执政地位和提高党的执政能力的关键。

| Abstract: | The construction of harmonious Tibet socialist society attaches great importance to Tibet＇s leap-forward development and political stability, which cannot be with the leadership of Chinese Communist Party. The realization of inner-Party harmony can not only improve the cohesive unity force of the Party but also promote the harmonious social construction in Tibet. The realization of inner-Party harmony is in the political guarantee for the construction of a harmonious society; r The realization of inner-Party harmony is the organi- zation guarantee for the construetion of a harmonious society in Tibet; the realization of inner-Party harmony is the key to improving the party＇s leadership and consolidating the party＇s dominance in Tibet. |
