| Abstract: | Making a general observation of developed countries experience about ensuring vocational teachers quality, we can sum up several aspects such as guarantee of origin, entering, post-vocation, practice, position guarantee, legislation guarantee and so on. Before building these ensuring system, our country should pay more attention to the vocational and technical education. |
