摘    要:磁力金属带传动主要是靠电磁力的作用来增加摩擦力而传递运动和动力的 ,是一种新型的摩擦传动 ,具有承载能力大、弹性滑动小、传动准确、效率高等特点 .对磁力金属带传动设计过程中几个常用的设计参数 ,如包角系数、传动比系数及弯曲系数等进行了分析 ,推导出了这些参数的计算公式 ,并确定了其取值范围 ,为磁力金属带传动的设计计算提供了理论依据 .图 4,参 7.

Abstract:Magnetic metal belt transmission is a new friction drive which mainly depends on electromagnetic force to increase friction force and to transfer movement and power. It has many advantages, such as greater carrying capacity, less elastic creep, better transmission accuracy and higher efficiency, etc. Some design parameters of this transmission, such as contact angle coefficient, transmission ratio coefficient and bending coefficient are analyzed and their calculation formula are deduced. The selection laws of these design parameters are determined in this paper, which will provide theoretical basis for design of magnetic metal belt transmission.4figs.,7refs.
