网络覆膜砂的可延时固化研究

摘    要:介绍了网络覆膜砂的延时固化原理、新型树脂的筛选、新型覆膜砂的制备、延时固化剂的筛选,以及加入网络剂后各种相关性能考察.通过研究认为,控制固化剂防砂施工后挤入地层的方法能够实现网络覆膜砂固化的人为控制,同时具有较高的强度和渗透率,在一定的压力和排量下有防止覆膜砂反吐的功能,可以用一次防砂管柱实现多层防砂施工的目的.

Abstract:A kind of delayed-hardening sand laminated by network resin is developed in order to fill the reservoir voidage caused by reservoir sanding.The principle of the delayed-hardening of the network laminated sand, the sieving of new types of resins,the preparation of new types of laminated sands and the sieving of delayed-hardening agents are discussed,and the related properties of the network laminated sand is investigated in which the sieved delayed-hardening agent is added.It is held that the delayed-hardening of the network laminated sand can be implemented by pressing the main hardening agent into formation after all the downwell operations are finished,but the laminated sand has still higher strength and higher permeability,and the reverse pouring out of the laminated sand can be prevented under definite pressure and flow rate.Therefore,multiplayer sand-control can be implemented using a sand-control pipe-string.The various common liquids entering wells and formation liquid have little effects on the strength,permeability and sand-control ability of the network laminated sand,but strong-alkaline solutions have destructive effect on it.
