| 摘 要： | 立足厦门资本市场的发展现状，在深入探讨其股票市场、债券市场、信托融资、担保体系和产权交易等地方市场发育滞后原因的基础上，认为厦门市应根据现代资奉市场发展的趋势、规律和政策操作空间，结合本地具体实情，抓住机遇，积极进行资本市场体系的构建和资本市场品种的创新。

| Abstract: | After probing into the reasons for less development of the stock market, bond market, trust financing, guarantee system and ownership transactions etc. of the city, it is suggested that Xiamen should follow the law, the policy and the development trend of modern capital market, consider the local conditions, seize opportunities, and actively implement the construction of the capital market system and development of varieties in the capital market. |
