| 摘 要： | 通过分析影像品势动作中的侧踢腿动作和分析肌电图,从而对动作的特性及技术构成要素和踢腿的肌肉活动度进行分析,提供有关动作的科学基础资料,目的是给指导者们提供正确的理论指导,为选手们的技术发展提供有效的动作执行方向,并提高其竞技力.

| Abstract: | The research according to analysis on image of Poomsae Yeopchag and EMG,analysed the character of this movement and technical elements as well as muscle activity during side kick.It provided scientific resources,which gave the correct guidance to instructor and effective direction to the players to improve their competitive ability and skill. |
