基于LabVIEW的共振增强多光子电离光谱数据采集系统

摘    要:利用共振增强多光子电离光谱研究分子的第一电子激发态振动光谱,往往需要建立一套高速的数据采集、实时处理以及分析系统.用LabVIEW程序编写该系统的软件部分,能够完成对激光波长和飞行时间质谱及其谱峰面积的实时采集和自动化控制.本文介绍了该系统的硬件组成以及软件设计,并把该系统用于研究茚分子的第一电子激发态振动光谱,其中发现被激发的主要是平内振动模式.

Data Acquisition Aystem for Resonance Enhanced Multi-photon Ionization Spectroscopy Based on LabVIEW

Abstract:For the study of the vibrational spectroscopy in the first molecular excited state using resonance enhanced multi-photon ionization,a high-speed data sampling,processing and analyzing system was developed.The system,which was programmed by graphic language LabVIEW,can be used to control the laser wavelength,measure mass spectroscopy and relevant peak area synchronously.In this paper,we give a detail introduction on the design of the hardware and software and apply it to the study of vibrational spectroscopy of indene in the first excited state.
