密执安棒形杆菌密执安亚种菌株分化的研究

摘    要:1994~1995年在新疆加工番茄上分离溃疡病标样中,获致病菌株2种,分白色菌株和黄色菌株,经菌体形态学、生理生化特性、致病性测定、病原细菌血清学研究及SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的细菌全细胞蛋白质图谱等方面的系统研究,两种菌株无明显差异,在致病力上白色菌株强于黄色菌株,两者都归于密执安棒形杆菌密执安工种。此白色菌株的发现在国内属首次报道。

Abstract:Two kinds of strains isolated from canker samples of processing tomato in Xinjiang is divided into White strain and Yellow strain.Both of them have no difference by their morphological characteristics,staining reaction,culturing pattern, physiological and biochemical properties,serological test and polyacrylamide gel electrophorsis of protein.The White strain is stronger than the Yellow strain at pathogenicity.This result is reported firstly in China.
