| 摘 要： | 文章针对如何合理地设置彩票方案的问题,通过分析各种奖项的中奖率、奖项和奖金额的设置以及对彩民的吸引力等因素,运用层次分析法(AHP)构造一个目标与准则关系的层次图,在此基础上建立起一个多目标层次规划的模型,将多目标问题通过线性加权转化为单目标规划的问题,创建了评价彩票方案合理性的目标函数。分别设定了各因素的权重,编写了相应的算法,最终解决了实际问题。

| Abstract: | This paper intends to explore how to establish the lottery ticket plan reasonably. By analyzing factors concerning different kinds of the awarding rate,awarding item and prize amount establishment as well as the attraction to lottery buyers it manages to form a level chart of the relationship between goal and criterion via Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).It also aims to establish a model of multi-objective level plan on the basis of the level chart,transform the multi-objective problem into the simple target-planned one through the method of linear weighing and create a comprehensive formula,namely objective function,to assess the reasonableness of the lottery ticket plan.The paper has figured out the weight of various factors respectively, created the corresponding algorithm,and the practical problem has been settled in the end. |
