发动机缸孔变形实验及数据分析

摘    要:发动机活塞与气缸的配缸间隙是极为重要的技术参数,如果间隙太大,会引起密封不良(漏气、窜油)、动力下降;太小则会使活塞裙部没有膨胀的余地,接触压力超过活塞和气缸之间的油膜所能承受的挤压强度(一般4.9~9.8 MPa),润滑油膜将被破坏,引起粘着磨损(拉缸)故障。从发动机研发阶段直至其生产制造过程中都需稳定控制气缸盖装配前后的缸孔变形量,这对发动机的整机性能的稳定发挥及提升工作具有极其重要的作用。

Abstract:The piston and cylinder are the most important friction parts of the engine,so the clearance between the piston and cylinder is one of the most important technology parameters.If the clearance is too big, it leads to leakage of the gas and oil,also,the power reduced.If the clearance is too small,the expansion space of piston skirt is reduced,the contact pressure excees the intensity that the oil film can bear(generally 4.9~9.8 MPa),and the lubricate oil film might be destroyed and the engine cylinder scored.In a word,from the research and development of the engine to the manufacture period,the cylinder bore deformation must be steadily controlled.It is vital for the performance and advance of the engine.
