| 摘 要： | 土地整理是指通过采取各种措施,提高耕地质量,增加有效耕地面积,改善农业生态条件和生态环境的行为.文章试从土地整理的角度出发,以实际工程为例,探讨开展农业综合开发土地整理的意义,并对进一步完善土地整理工作提出了建议.
