| 摘 要： | 从大学校园环境育人功能入手,分析了大学新校区环境建设的重要意义和工作重点,提出新形势下大学新校区环境建设规划的指导思想和原则.以"春花秋实、四季常绿""园林生态"为建设目标,重点阐述了我院新校区建设"一轴三带"的设计格局,明确了大学新校区环境建设的实践方法、途径和手段.
