| 摘 要： | 以壬基酚、三乙烯四胺基、甲醛为原料,合成出2 三乙烯四胺基亚甲基 4 壬基酚和2,6 双(三乙烯四胺基亚甲基) 4 壬基苯酚2种新型阳离子型沥青乳化剂,并利用红外光谱对产物结构进行了鉴定.乳化性能测试表明,2 三乙烯四胺基亚甲基 4 壬基酚和2,6 双(三乙烯四胺基亚甲基) 4 壬基苯酚具有很好的乳化能力,为快裂和慢裂快凝型沥青乳化剂.该乳化剂合成工艺简单,是一种比较有发展前途的快裂沥青乳化剂. |

| Abstract: | Two novel cationic asphalt emulsifiers of 2-triethylene tetraamine methylene-4-nonylphenol were synthesized by the reaction of nonylphenol,triethylene tetraamine and formaldehyde.Its structures were identified by FTIR.The emulsifiers have good emulsifying ability to asphalt.It belongs to fast breaking,and slow breaking and rapid setting emulsifiers.The synthetic technics of the emulsifiers are easy to operate.The emulsifier may have a prospective application in the future. |
